Yes — the trucks, cars and helicopters of Kolchia have working tape decks, and one of the most-asked "quality of life" questions in WARDOGS is exactly how to get music playing. Here's the whole mechanic, start to finish.

The Steps

Buy a cassette tape. Tapes are store items — different music lines at different prices. Pick a track you won't mind hearing on every supply run.
Have the tape on you when you head out (it's an inventory item, like any other purchase).
At the vehicle, interact with the radio/tape deck — press the interact key (F on PC).
Scroll down to "Play Cassette Tape" in the interaction menu.
Hold F to start playback. The music plays through the vehicle's radio.

The same flow works in cars and in helicopters — the variants players search ("radio in heli", "music in car") all resolve to the same tape-deck interaction.

Things Worth Knowing

Tapes are the mechanism, not a vehicle feature you unlock. No tape, no music — the deck just sits there.
Each tape is a specific track. If you want variety on a long logistics loop, you're buying more than one (they're cosmetic-line items; check current store prices in-game).
Pickup-truck DJs are a real playstyle. Between the tape deck and a cheap Bobcat, rolling up to the Control Zone with music going is a time-honored morale operation.

Quick Troubleshooting

I press F at the car and there's no music option?: You're interacting with the wrong spot or don't have a tape in inventory. Move around the cabin/dash for the radio prompt, and confirm the tape is actually on your character.
Does it work while driving, or only parked?: The interact menu is at the deck — start playback from the seat or standing at the vehicle; once it's playing, drive.
Can other players hear my music?: The audio plays through the vehicle — expect it to be part of your vehicle's presence. Treat "blasting music at the enemy" as a lifestyle choice, not a stealth strategy.
